We manage every aspect of your HMO from refurbishment to finding tenants. We can provide you with a guaranteed rent every single month, without you having the stress or worry. We also cover the cost of all utility bills within the property and ensure all manitance issues are resolved.
How does it work?
We will review and agree a fixed guaranteed rent per month.
We offer a refurbishment service for your property (if required) with help from our interior design team.
We tailor tenants to suit your property e.g. professional tenants/students.
We pay you a guaranteed rent for the next 5 years and charge you no management fees!
You sit back and relax!
At the end of the 5 years, you can choose to renew the contract with us. Or you may wish to sell your property, the option is yours.
